How do I send my parcel?
To make it easier for you, DHL offers 7 FREE different envelope and box sizes to choose from.
We can help you identify which box is the right one for your parcel. Delivery prices will be determined by the box that you choose and the destination that you are sending to. Prices include VAT where applicable.

How do I collect a parcel?
Bring your DHL confirmation text and/or email and a valid form of ID to our store to collect your parcel.
How do I send a return parcel?
Bring your packaged item/s with your pre-printed label (provided by the retailer) attached to the store.
Collect Nectar Points
Don’t forget, you can also collect Nectar points for every £1 spent on sending parcels. In order to claim your points you need to make a note of your 10-digit waybill number (found on your parcel documents) and then visit dhl.co.uk/nectar within 30 days of sending your parcel to collect your points.
